Q. How do I get access to the resident's pages of this website?

A. Register for membership and your request will automatically be reviewed for verification of property ownership. Property ownership is a requirement to access the member pages of this site.

Q. Where are the policies, bylaws, and covenants for the community?

A. All of the items used in governing the HOA can be found by selecting this link. However, if you do not have access, you may obtain the documents by contacting Hughes Properties, our management company.

Q. How do I access the Heritage Plantation community WiFi?

A. Complete the WiFi Agreement Form and the password to join the WiFi will be presented to you via a pop-up. Be sure to include all members of your household and do not share the password. By not sharing the password, you will keep the internet speed up while minimizing the bad-actors accessing/exploiting it.

If you do not see the pop-up window with the wifi password, your browser may be preventing it. To correct this, enable pop-ups or use another browser such as Chrome.

Q. I forgot my password, what do I do to get access?

A. If you do not remember your password, it can be reset by doing the following.

  1. Open a web browser and go to https://www.heritageplantation-hoa.org/

  2. Select "Login" in the upper left corner.

  3. At the bottom, select "Log in with Email"

  4. Select "Forgot Password"

  5. Enter your email address then click submit. 

  6. Check your email and loof for the email with a link to reset your password. If you dont see the email after a few minutes, then check your spam or junk folder.

  7. Return to https://www.heritageplantation-hoa.org/ and login using your email and new password.
